Conveyors for light loads are conveyor modules designed for individual items, such as cardboard or plastic boxes and packages weighing up to 50 kg per unit (100 kg per meter). Depending on the application, either roller conveyors or belt conveyors may be used. The dimensions of the loads transported by the conveyor system range from 200x200x30 mm (length x width x height) to 800x800x420 mm (length x width x height). Functional conveyor modules are assembled from partially pre-assembled and tested components, ensuring fast and safe transportation.

Frame construction. The same frame construction is used for both roller and belt conveyors. The frame is made from a durable anodized aluminum profile resistant to longitudinal twisting, with easily attachable plastic panels that are easy to maintain and provide the conveyor with an aesthetic appearance. The aluminum profiles have special cavities inside for routing various cables. The plastic panels are made with standard connections for insulation entries. Since the conveyor construction in different configurations is made from the same type of profile, the connection points are well concealed.

Conveyor types. Conveyors are produced in widths of 300, 400, 500, 600, and 800 mm, with lengths ranging from 800 to 20,000 mm, with 200 mm intervals. Goods transportation from one conveyor to another, using end rollers with a diameter of 50-53 mm, is safe even for smaller-sized items. Roller conveyors are coated with either zinc or PVC. Belt conveyors come in three types: standard friction, high friction, and low friction belts. Standard components, such as photo-sensor mounting elements and edge guard mounting elements, are cast from aluminum.
